Welcome to the CLAMS System!

If you would like to get a new library card, we'd love to give you one. We can start the process here, but you will need to come in to a CLAMS library (almost any Cape or Islands library except Sandwich) to finish up.

Your CLAMS card is good at all the CLAMS libraries. If you've moved from one town on the Cape to another, you may not need a new card.

If you have ever had a CLAMS card before, please check with a CLAMS library to see if you need a new account, or if your old card is still active.

If you're new to CLAMS, please open the registration form below, print it out, fill it in, and bring it to the library to get your card. You may be asked for photo id and proof of your address.

Each family member may have a card of his or her own. Kids of all ages can get cards at Cotuit, but responsible adults must sign the forms for them.

We're sorry we don't have a seamless online form to allow you to get a card number immediately and jump right on our online resources. CLAMS is looking at this as an option for the future.
