What's a reference question?
They come in all shapes and sizes, but basically a reference question is a request for information about some topic. Kids might ask about science projects or books to help them complete a school assignment. For adults the most common question is "What should I read next?' We also handle inquiries about subjects ranging from local history to Babylonian mythology.
